Olive leaf is generally safe and doesn’t cause any serious side effects. On occasion, olive leaves may cause dizziness in people who have low blood pressure because it can lower it even further. It may also cause stomach irritations, especially if the dose is too high or the olive leaf tea is too strong. In any case you should consult with your healthcare doctor before using any herb especially if you’re taking other medications or having health problems.
